When it comes to finding Balance, one of the most beneficial tools is some form of mindfulness or meditation practice!
Unfortunately, it has a stigma as being for crazy hippies or monks hidden on some distant mountain top.
The truth is, Meditation is used by the worlds most successful people all the time! Athletes use it to increase their concentration and prepare for difficult plays. CEO’s and VPs use it before important meetings and presentations. Etc., Etc.
And meditation isn’t really all that difficult! It’s just shrouded in a bunch of mysticism to make teachers, and certain schools, seem more powerful. (Shhhh… you didn’t hear that from me!)
