12: No Mind Meditation

Welcome to Week 12!

This week we will practice the “no mind,” or “empty mind” meditation!

Thanks for participating! This is definitely a challenging meditation to master, but I’m sure you can do it!

I recommend practicing with the length above until you feel comfortable, and then you can branch out into different meditation music and longer periods of time!

It was great to work with you, and I hope to see you again in future workshops!
