Fate Never Rests, Destiny Never Sleeps

My take on fate, or destiny for that matter, is that if something is meant to happen, it will. The how & when, however, are entirely up to you.

I am reminded of this today after receiving an email from a new friend I met working with the Grassroots Healing Arts Group a couple weekends ago.

For what seems like the millionth time over the last 3 years or so, I’ve been invited up to Rochester!

Now, I generally have avoided heading up that way because I’m about as far north as I really want to be, especially in the winter.

But, given this invitation, I think that the Universe (AKA Fate, AKA Destiny) is once again trying to get me up there.

I’m not yet sure what the reason is, but I know there have been a whole manner of lures used. So far, I’ve made different choices.

Now, I think it’s about time I found out what’s up in Rochester that is so important in terms of my greatest good!

But really though, let’s talk about how Fate actually works.

Whatever connections or lessons you need in your life, they will come to you one way, or another. You can take the easy route, or the hard one. And you can repeat the lesson as many times as you need to get it.

And a very good trick is to not get hung up on the lure!

An attractive guy or girl, a relationship, a job offer, etc. Sometimes these look so good from a distance because they are meant to get you to a specific place (literal or figurative). They are not, however, meant to last.

When they turn out to be a mirage of sorts, you can do yourself a huge solid and not get hung up on it.

Recognize that you were being directed to that point, and focus on your new perspective.

I’d be willing to bet you are in a better position than you were before.

So here’s to the lures in life! May they guide you down the best path for you, and serve your greatest good!

Lot’s of love everyone!
